dunno what a everlasting beer would get you after your title is maxed but it would be nice to have a everlasting speed boost in towns

1) customized to character that earned title - no selling, trading, giving away.
2) no points towards titles - even though you wouldn't need them, there would be no point in it, so leave it out.
3) 1 item per title, and one with no obsessive noise/animation
4) modify for spamming - limit use to a set interval
Would be a reason for most people with the title to annoy those without, but would be cool for the mature people who just enjoy the items.

I don't think that you should get nice special items just for maxing these crappy, unskillful buying titles and you get no reward for maxing titles which require hard work like guardian or vanquisher.

Have to disagree with you on "hard work like Guardian or Vanquisher". Guardian is easy apart from a few places (D'allesio + cripplespam = one dead fatty) and Vanquisher takes time with those rare areas which are quite difficult H/H.
/Notsigned.
"I payed millions of gold, therefore I am deserving of it."
Vanquisher should have a better reward for time taken, though.

But Tyla: Some of us disagree: Ive got everything Vanquished and Guardianed- But the harder one I'd say was Guardian. Sure Vanq took more time but you can't actually lose O_O

I already got maxed party animal, yet I still pop my fireworks just because it's fun. I think I'm at 10,200 points atm or such. This is a very good idea!

Just remembered. PvE skills like Drunken Master have benefits for being Drunk. Either this would be an unfair advantage to those who max Drunkard, or it would have to be an item only usable in towns. I'd hate seeing a PUG looking for a group with:
GLF Drunken Master w/ Everlasting Ale!

That would just be annoying seeing a few people running around town with 50% speed bonus or millions of fireworks as it would just lag the game like it does at most festivals.

the dwarf skills that work better when your drunk (the running skill for sure)
on that note. if you use the everlasting to get drunk and then your collection of real booze to stay drunk would it count towards title? This could cut down the cost on some of us for getting started.
